Charlize Theron in Dior Haute Couture
Holy Smokes. Charlize Theron just blew it out of the water for me. How STUNNING is she in this blush Dior Haute Couture? The draped gown had a longer train and was a fabulous combination of risque and glamour making her even more of a knockout than she already is. For most it would be hard to pull off a high slit and a low cut front, but she did so flawlessly. I absolutely adore the soft side bow because it adds a girly twist to this sexy look.
She offset the delicate choice brilliantly with a structured pair of Givenchy stilettos. Also everyone please just take a moment to look at the glittering head wear. I fell even more in love with it when I found out it's vintage Cartier. Le sigh....
Nicole Richie in Julian Macdonald
My style favorite, Nicole Richie, looked smashing in her silver Julian Macdonald column gown. The beaded metallic piece offered a dash of 70's disco that the Studio 54 lover inside me fell hard for. It was a tad big on her, but what can you expect with a vintage piece! Nicole rocked her trademark dark eyeliner and those fabulous eyelash grazing bangs. Plus the back was beyond...
I'm a serious sucker for a gorgeous gown with an even more gorgeous back. I also enjoyed the ruby Neil Lane jewels and her very own House of Harlow clutch. Nicole's retro styling was spot-on and made her a fashion fav for sure.
Stacy Keibler in Valentino
I don't have much to say about this look because I personally think it's so lovely. Stacy Keibler, or better know as George Clooney's of the moment girlfriend, rocked a trademark red Valentino gown with style and grace. Her body looks phenomenal and this dress fit it to a T. I'm completely obsessed with the bow back (do you see a running trend here?) as it compliments the slinky and sexy style. She kept her accessories low key with glittering jewels and a black clutch. I guess a girl doesn't need much accessorizing when this is on your arm:
uhhh yeah - that's George Clooney
Claire Danes in J. Mendel
Heidi Klum is my girl! Though this is minimalism at its finest, I still love her nude Calvin Klein gown (you'll remember last year Calvin Klein was another fav label at the Golden Globes). Where she mader a statement was with with her gorgeous turquoise jewelry and sleek locks. Kate Beckinsale is one of the most beautiful creatures on the planet. I mean she could wear a paper bag and be found on the Best Dressed list. Her beaded and structured Roberto Cavalli fit-and-flare was so lovely. Rounding out her look were diamond cuffs and larger than life earrings. Fab!
Tell me... did you love any of these women as much as I did? Was there anyone I left off that you just died over. Tell me! Oh and don't forget to follow me on Twitter during awards season for my red carpet updates! Happy Wednesday!
